It is with gratitude and pleasure that I comment on the serevices of the Law Office of Niccoló Urciuolo. Avvocato Urciuolo's expertise regarding legal matters and the procedures at the Florentine Police Headquarters has been invaluable and with his assistance I have avoided any problems in procuring my Permesso di Soggiorno. I am also particularly grateful for the many personal courtesies and the helpfulness that he and his associates have shown me. We will continue with the annual renewals, banking and my Last Will and Testament. Very highly recommended.

Niccolò Urciuolo was an excellent, knowledgeable, and conscientious lawyer. I would not have gotten my permesso di soggiorno without his help, and I was an easy case. The procedure online looks so simple but, oh boy, in practice is it anything but. I was stunned at the unimaginable roadblocks that appeared that only a professional and deep insider could get around. In addition, Urciuolo avoided two delays for me -- and one of them would have been long -- by adding on a colleague when that would help. Uriuolo is also super conscientious and regularly checking in with the authorities, even after he has been fully paid -- he caught a major administrative mishap that would have left me in limbo indefinitely. Finally, he's a real Florentine. One learns a tremendous amount chatting with him while going from one administration to another trouble-shooting the unexpected. It's clear he's a widely skilled lawyer who can help with many things. My spouse and I will not be hesitating to turn to him if anything else arises. Highly recommended.

Niccolò and his team are professional, kind, and always available to help.
They helped my wife and me, during her pregnancy, speed up our Permesso di Soggiorno process and supported us until we received our permits.
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with Italian immigration or bureaucracy.
Thank you for your excellent service and support 🙏

I reached out to Avv. Niccolo Urciuolo to figure out if I was eligible for the lungo soggiornante permesso di soggiorno. I ended up going through with the whole procedure from start to finish with him and I’ve received my residence permit in 5 months from when we started the process. I’m very happy with the way he works, he was always ready to answer any questions I had and was able to anticipate my appointment because I was travelling so it was very convenient not having to plan my life around the appointment like I’ve had to do in the past. Overall I highly recommend a competent immigration lawyer to make things go smoothly with the Questura and Avv. Urciuolo is definitely one of them who gets things done.

Niccolò helped me get an appointment for my permesso di soggiorno, which was really relieving since the whole process would’ve taken another half a year without him. Highly recommend!
